YES IS HIRING!
Youth Employment Service (YES) is a program of the Ithaca Youth Bureau committed to empowering teens to grow into flourishing adults. We meet teens where they are and connect them to opportunities to work, grow, and lead in their community.
The YES Team is a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative bunch. We're passionate about making a life-changing impact on the teens we serve, striving to be the best possible youth employment provider on Planet Earth, and having a lot of fun in the process. We operate from a strength-based model of youth development, which means we meet teens where they are and focus on what they are doing right.
Since we help teens learn more about the world of work, we feel it's important to be a model for them of what work can be. We believe we can (and should) always be getting better, and that doing our best is much more fun than muddling through.
We work collaboratively and value trust, transparency, candor, and kindness.
